Description

LEGO Death Star Lights 75159 Lego Lights

The Death Star is one of the most iconic doomsday devices in sci-fi history and plays a major role in Star Wars lore. From the moment the planet weapon destroys Alderaan, through to the moment blows up the station on board his X-wing, relive those moments by adding LEGO lights to your UCS Death Star!

Our LEGO Lighting kit consists of over 50 individual LEDs, including multiple effects for the super laser and firing cannons lightsabers for Jedi and Sith characters. We have also added different coloured light strips to each compartment with their own themed lighting. And last but not least, the Death Stars' laser is completely illuminated, making this a "fully operational battle station".


IMPORTANT NOTE

We recommend lighting this kit by a USB Power Bank or USB Wall Adaptor(to connect to a mains outlet), which is NOT included in this kit. If you do not have a USB Power Bank or USB Wall Adaptor, you can purchase them from our Powering section.

Brings the Death Star to life

A complicated install, but the instructions were great. I used this for the earlier model of the Death Star so the install was slightly different, but it still worked great, and the effect is the same. I still will attempt to hide the elevator central wire collection better, to allow for full use of the elevator in the build. I would recommend this kit to anyone who has the death star lego build and wants to bring it to life.

Massive Light Kit

I took more thatn 6 months getting the pieces for this discontinued Lego set. And I was very anxious to build it and install the light kit. Not disappointed at all. The design and the light kit pay justice to this massive set. It will be a great addition to my Star Wars collection.

Had a couple of issues with the installation, but was able to resolve them. The installation of the laser lights was difficult, but the final results are awesome.

Sweet Addition!

Great upgrade to our Death Star. Very happy with the ease of installation and the final presentation. This kit breathed new life into a Lego set that had been collecting dust since being built. Some adjustment was required during the installation as our Death Star used different Lego pieces for the turret and main dish guns than pictured in the instructions, but this was very easy to adjust for.

This set makes me happy

This LEGO set is almost cheerful, which is bizarre given that it's a Death Star kit and pew pew planet go boom.

BUT - these lights are perfect for it. It's very "LEGO Movie" vibe, which is awesome and I couldn't be happier.
