Order Processing:

Orders are dispatched next business day, or same day* if placed before 12PM (GMT+10).

All orders placed on our Australian Online store are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Flat Rate Shipping (AU):

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia, $100 AUD and over. A flat rate of $9.99 AUD applies to all orders within Australia under $100 AUD.

All orders are shipped with Auspost Standard Parcel Post and are generally delivered within 2-4 business days* (Same State) and 3-6 business days* (Interstate).

We also offer Auspost Express Shipping within Australia. Orders are generally delivered within 1-2 business days* (Same State) and 1-3 business days* (Interstate).

All orders are shipped via a tracked service. Once the order has been shipped, tracking will be emailed to the provided email address.

Click and Collect:

We offer Click and Collect for our customers located in Melbourne from our warehouse in Knoxfield.

Once your Click and Collect order has been placed, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. All orders will be ready next business day, or same day* if placed before 12PM (GMT+10).

Click and Collect orders can be picked up during business hours - Monday to Friday 9am-4pm (closed public holidays)

Shipping to Asia

Orders* are shipped with DHL Express and are generally delivered within 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped via a tracked service. Once the order has been shipped, tracking will be emailed to the provided email address.

Actual delivery times depend on destination, weather conditions and other factors.

^{*Orders including USB Powerbanks will be shipped with FedEx International Priority due to the nature of the goods and may incur longer delivery times.}

Import Duties and Taxes

You may be subject to import taxes and custom duties (VAT) levied by your local customs office. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of your local importation rules and levies. Light My Bricks cannot assist in matters related to custom duties and importation taxes.

Orders are shipped with FedEx International Connect Plus and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped via a tracked service. Once the order has been shipped, tracking will be emailed to the provided email address.
